PLUS is simple and only has a few requirements. You must:

#2 Buy and/or sell their real estate through our network of preferred real estate agents

Stevens’ customers who use PLUS will receive $5 per $1,000 of home sale price. The program can be used for both the buying and selling of a home when moving.
