DOD Post Move Survey
The Department of Defense requires that you complete a survey at the end of any household goods move. The results of this survey will determine in part which moving company will be given future military personnel moves from the DOD.
You may access the survey by clicking here or by visiting http://www.sddc.army.mil.
Look for the box at the bottom of the screen that says "Defense Personal Property System Customer Satisfaction Survey".
On the left hand side of the screen, select "Click here to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey". You may get a “Security Certificate Message” at this point if you are not using a DoD secured computer. In order to proceed just click on "Continue to this website."
You will need your social security number and your password to complete the survey. If you have forgotten your password, click the help function that says "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts. Your local Personal Property Shipping Office/Transportation Office should also be able to assist you with the survey process.
