Disney starlet moves out of Beverly Hills

Disney Channel starlet Hilary Duff may soon be looking to hire a household moving company. The singer/actress recently sold her Beverly Hills home for $6.25 million - just under the asking price. Despite that, Duff made a profit on the sale because she purchased the Toluca Lake property for $3.5 million in 2004, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The property is a reinvented Mediterranean mansion that was built in 1951. It features a central courtyard, high ceilings, a gym, a billiards room, art and dance studios, a bar, six bathrooms and 9,277 square feet of living space. According to the news source, a swimming pool and spa are also included in the property. Despite these lavish living amenities, Duff may be looking for a new nest with her hubby, former pro ice hockey player Mike Comrie, whom she married in 2010.
There's no news yet on where Duff is intending to move, or if she has purchased a new property. However, with her successful film, music and fashion career, it shouldn't take her too long to find a new house.
