Midlanders help former exchange student provide books to children in Zimbabwe

The Midland community came together to raise over 374 boxes of books for the children of Zimbabwe in an effort to help the Zimbabweans receive a better education. The major issue with the project was the cost of shipping the books overseas. Stevens Worldwide Van Lines volunteered to help and donate its time and resources in shipping the 7 tons of books to their destination in Zimbabwe, making the project possible.
