Stevens Staff and Agents Complete AMSA Leadership Program, Lead Committees

One-third of the recent graduates of the AMSA’s Leaders Program were from Stevens and its agents.
Among the 15 graduates of the American Moving & Storage Association’s Leaders Program were: Roger Wise, Stevens’ Vice President for Agency Development; Peter Stevens, Regional Sales Manager for Davi & Valenti Movers, a Stevens’ company-owned facility in Sarasota, Fla.; Yosef Gozner, sales representative for Executive Moving Systems, a Stevens’ agent in Woodbridge, Va., DeAnna Rash, accounting manager at Executive Moving; and Roberto Valencia, IT manager at Executive Moving.
The AMSA is a non-profit trade association representing nearly 3,200 professional moving companies. AMSA members adhere to a code of ethics that promote honest, ethical and efficient moving services.
The Leaders Program is an intense five-month program that teaches the latest practical management techniques and networking with other industry leaders. The program concludes with a two-day seminar for all participants.
Chuck Bailey, general manager of Executive Moving Systems, also was named as vice chair of the AMSA’s Government Traffic Committee at the organization’s recent annual convention in Jacksonville, Fla.
