The property sold for $3.715 million, which is slightly higher than the 2003 selling price of $3.1 million. Built in 1990, the contemporary home is favored by many with modern tastes. It features 15-feet-tall ceilings, a gym with a sauna, a pool and bar area, a home theater, four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
The 5,140 square feet of living space accommodates the lifestyle of someone who enjoys entertaining, according to the news source.
