At Stevens, if we’ve learned anything over the past 100+ years in the moving and storage industry, it’s that prolonged success is directly correlated with how you treat your customers. In other words, you can only go as far as your reputation will allow you. We believe in the goal of total customer satisfaction, and we take great pride in ensuring every one of our moves is handled with professionalism and class.
As a preferred military mover, it is incumbent upon us to not only meet the needs of the men and women of our Armed Forces, but to do what is in our power to exceed their expectations as well. They’ve taken care of us, and now it’s time for us to take care of them. We count on our moving crews to be great ambassadors for the company, and though extreme caution is used while handling a customer’s belongings, sometimes things beyond our control do happen. When they do, we do everything we can to make things right.
2LT Amy W. recently finished going through the claims process with Stevens after her mattress got folded during transit, and was very appreciative of not only how her claim was handled, but her entire move in general. At the time of her move, 2LT Amy W. was a new commission into the Army and was moving to her first duty station. Seeing as this was her first move, she was glad she sought the help of a professional mover.
“I had never moved before, just me, myself and I, so I was a little overwhelmed,” Amy W. said. “But Stevens was incredibly professional and gracious in helping me with everything.”
Upon deciding to file a claim with Stevens, 2LT Amy W. was thankful for the cooperation she received from the Stevens team, given her busy schedule as both a member of the Armed Services and a student.
“They were really patient and worked with me outside of normal hours, because of my schedule,” Amy W. said. “They went above and beyond, and they saved me a lot of hassle.”
Stevens thanks 2LT Amy. W for her kind words and her service to our country. We strive to set the standard for customer satisfaction in our industry, and it was a pleasure serving 2LT Amy W., helping to make her transition more smooth and stress-free.
